I am writing to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding service I recently received from the Wedding Events team at Wyndham Grand Hotel.

I would like to commend Mrs. Maria Clarke and Mrs. Dayna Gilbert for their professionalism and attention to detail, something that brought added confidence in my decision to have my wedding reception on April 26, 2025, at this venue.

From inception Dayna and Maria walked me though the process for the execution of my wedding reception, guiding me through all the steps and suggesting additional services that added a touch of finesse to the event. Maria went over and beyond keeping the lines of communication open, offering suggestions and providing knowledgeable and friendly updates. On my wedding day Maria and the events team pulled out all the stops to ensure that the evening was a flawless and enjoyable one for not only my husband and me, but for all our attending guests.

It is rare to encounter such a high level of excellence in customer service, and it has truly made my experience not only pleasant but memorable. I believe exceptional service should be recognized and celebrated, and I wanted to personally thank you and your team for the work you do.

Please extend my gratitude to everyone involved and I look forward to returning in the future as a guest at Wyndham and will gladly recommend your wedding events team to friends, family and colleagues.

Our expectation was for our family and friends to have an enjoyable time; however, this was not the case. Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord’s Castle exceeded our expectation of enjoyable and gave us a perfect memorable day on June 20th 2025. All 60 guest shared our sentiments that our outdoor ceremony and indoor reception was purely blissful. I truly believe it was because attention was given to simple details. One of my fondest memory of the outdoor ceremony was, walking down the aisle to the beat of pan and seeing that circular seating décor; it was breathtaking!

A great wedding planner is the ability to get everything right- for the right couple. Maria’s knowledge, advice and guidance was really the light of this entire experience for us. Her execution was on point about every aspect; the décor, photographer, servers for food & bar, make-up artist and DJ. Speaking about the DJ, as we Trinbagonians would say... “We mash up de place and the Vybz cya done” The reception was easily the best part of everyone’s evening.

As a side note- You will be missing the buffets dearly at this resort when you return home. The servers and meals were both stunning.

We truly have no regrets of choosing Wyndham Grand Barbados as the place our friends and family witnessed us say -I do
