Terms & Conditions

• Please be aware that any transfers, representative services, and/or VIP FastTrack arrival and departure services conducted or completed between midnight and 6:00 am will incur an additional cost equivalent to 50% of the standard rates.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival/departure.
• Guests will be charged 100% of the booking fee for "No show" instances or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival/departure.
• In the event that guests are delayed or denied entry due to lacking required entry documents, no refunds for Fast Track services will be issued.
• Shared Transfer - Please note that shared transfers are available at $20 USD per person, with a minimum requirement of two people. If you choose this option kindly note there may be other people travelling with you.
• Requests within 24 Hours - Please be advised that we cannot facilitate transfer requests made within 24 hours of your arrival. If you are requesting transfer within the 24-hour window or you have arrived without a pre-arranged transfer, taxis are available just outside the Arrivals Hall at the airport.
• Red Eye Flight Surcharge - Please note that an additional 50% of the transfer fee may be applied for pickups scheduled during Red Eye flight times. This charge applies to early morning/late night pickups for either arrivals or departures, but only for the portion of the transfer requiring an early/late pickup. For Example: If your arrival pickup time is at 2:00 PM for two people on a private car transfer to the resort, the cost would be $60 USD. If your departure pickup time is at 3:00 AM for two people on a private car transfer back to the airport, the cost would be $60 USD plus a $30 USD (50% Red Eye surcharge), totaling $90 USD. Therefore, the total for your roundtrip transfer would be $150 USD.
• Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival or departure. A 100% charge will apply for “No show” passengers or cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival or departure time.
• Airport Greeter - Your Airport Greeter will be displaying a sign with the lead guest's name. Kindly be vigilant as if the Greeter is ready and in position and you do not present yourself to them, you will still be charged for your transfer as the arrangements and taxi driver would have been in place.
