Is butler service included with my suite?

Yes. Every Butler Suite includes a dedicated butler for the length of your stay, at no additional cost. Your butler is assigned before you arrive and remains your point of contact throughout.

What can my butler help with?

Almost everything that makes a stay feel effortless. Unpacking, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, beach and pool setup, celebration arrangements, and daily requests are all part of the service.

How do I reach my butler?

You will receive your butler's contact card at check in, so you can reach them directly for anything you need throughout your stay.

Does butler service start before I arrive?

Yes. In partnership with Platinum Services, your butler stays in contact with our airport team from the moment you land, so your welcome begins before you even reach the resort.

Can my butler help plan a celebration?

Yes. Anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, and proposals can all be arranged in advance or during your stay, tailored to what you have in mind.

Is there butler service for children?

Yes. Younger guests are looked after too, with welcome treats and small touches arranged specially for them.

Do I need to request everything in advance?

Not at all. While early requests help us prepare, your butler is available throughout your stay for anything that comes up.
